General Aftercare
Thank you so much for working with me yesterday! Below, you will find all my aftercare tips to help you nurture and integrate the benefits of our session. There's no need to reply to this message, but do keep me updated with any progress you experience—I love to hear from you!
Through your session, you have received an opportunity to discover, release, and connect. Each session involves both the physical body and the energetic self; this blend can allow for increased communication between your body-nervous system and the energetic layers of self. Each session can be a lot of information to process, unwind, reorganize, and integrate; because of this, it is important to give yourself nurturing time after and between each session.
Important Reminders:
Avoid burning yourself out with energetic work: Doing other forms of big energetic work in big chunks is not advised. It is recommended to continue or begin assimilating energy with practices such as gentle meditation, journaling, yoga, or massage. This allows the energy we’ve worked on together to land and integrate with your entire energy field — it’s to your benefit to allow yourself time to relax and decompress.
Take note of the longevity of energy work: Your response to each session may vary, and you will continue to respond to the energy flow and the work we did in the session over the next 72 hours, and sometimes longer — this can be for a further 4-6 weeks. Your energy will do what it needs to do, and take as long as it needs in order to complete its’ process.
Common Experiences After Sessions:
Feeling disoriented or light-headed
Feeling more energised or more exhausted
Detoxification experiences such as nausea, change in bowel movements, or headaches
Greater awareness of your body
Emotional releases like crying, laughing, or anger
Changes in breath during and after sessions
Regions of ease and discomfort
Self-Care Tips:.
Allow yourself to move, stretch, make sounds, and continue to release.
Pay extra attention to your body and energy.
Be extra kind to yourself between sessions.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat nourishing foods.
Take a gentle walk and/or rest after each session.
Connect with your breath.
Always go with your own flow.
When it comes to your Integrated Quantum Healing Notes please take what resonates with you — if it doesn't resonate, don’t worry! I aim to be as clear and precise as I can be with your notes but if something needs further clarity (and believe me when I say sometimes I need to further clarify my own notes once in a while!), then don’t hesitate to email me at zac@healingwithzac.com

The Auric Field drawing in the centre is the ‘archetype’ or ‘layer’ that we are working on at this moment in time. It is not a representation of your entire Aura in this lifetime. The aura is its own organ of energy; constantly shifting, changing, and adapting.
There are an infinite number of layers because you are capable of infinite possibilities. Every thought, feeling, and experience you have is stored in the Aura — which creates layers upon layers.

Expansion and Contraction
Expansion
Expansion is a wonderful feeling that pushes your energetic boundaries to new, safe, and comfortable possibilities. It upgrades your frequency and attracts more of what your expanded frequency is capable of giving out. Expansion inspires new ideas, and next steps, and increases energetic downloads on all levels. When we expand, we are open to regulating our energy with both pre-existing energies and new and exciting ones. This is a period of growth and receptivity, where you might feel more connected, inspired, and attuned to higher vibrations.
Contraction
Contraction is the supportive opposite of expansion. It takes the external energies you’ve worked with and pivots them internally, into your inner compass, inner self, and subconscious realms. This is the process of anchoring energies into your core. You might recognise this as ‘hermitting,’ similar to the Hermit card in Tarot. The Hermit symbolises wisdom and spiritual attainment, encouraging introspection, solitude, and the search for deeper truths.
Contraction can be painful and uncomfortable as you become aware of new depths to yourself and your subconscious, thanks to the conscious expansion you’ve experienced. It can bring up energies that you didn't know were there, inviting you to process and integrate these new insights. Remember, your mind, body, and spirit will never do anything to harm you—they are always aiming to promote a path to balance and harmony.
Balancing Expansion and Contraction
This natural ebb and flow between expansion and contraction is essential for maintaining energetic balance. Here are some tips to help you navigate this cycle (NB: It’ll be different for everyone):
During Expansion:
Embrace new ideas and opportunities.
Allow yourself to dream big and set new goals.
Engage in activities that stimulate creativity and joy.
During Contraction:
Take time for self-reflection and introspection.
Engage in gentle, nurturing activities like meditation or journaling.
Be patient with yourself and allow emotions to surface and be processed.
Both expansion and contraction are vital to your healing journey. By understanding and honouring these phases, you can move through them with greater ease and awareness, allowing for deeper integration and personal growth. Always remember that you have complete autonomy over your journey, and it’s essential to do the work that makes you feel safe and capable. If you weren't ready to work with what comes up, it wouldn't present itself to you.

Resonation and Validating Narratives
It is essential to understand that the insights and guidance you receive during our sessions are meant to resonate with your unique experience and truth. My role is to meet you where you are, aligning with your current vibration and offering a perspective that supports your healing journey. What resonates with you is what you should take on board, and what doesn't can be left aside.
Understanding Resonation
Resonation is about recognising what feels right and authentic to you. During our sessions, I may share observations and energies that align with your current state. Some of these insights will resonate deeply, while others may not. This variability is perfectly normal and expected.
Embrace What Resonates: Take on board the aspects of our work together that feel true and beneficial to you. These elements are likely to support your healing and growth effectively.
Release What Doesn't: If something I share doesn't resonate, it is okay to park it, leave it, or abandon it altogether. Your intuition and feelings provide the most aligned guidance for your journey.
Validating Your Narrative
My aim is to support you without imposing my own narratives, thoughts, or opinions on your experience. The goal is to guide you towards what feels right for you, not to validate my perspective. Each session is about exploring possibilities and discovering new ways of understanding yourself.
Autonomy and Control: You have complete control over how you interpret and integrate the work we do together. There is no expectation or demand; it’s an opportunity for exploration and play.
Third-Party Perspective: While I offer a third-party view of what you might be experiencing, it is ultimately your inner wisdom and guidance that lead the way.
Practical Tips for Integration
To help you integrate our work and validate your narrative effectively, consider the following tips:
Reflect on Sessions: After each session, spend some time reflecting on what resonated with you. Journaling can be a helpful tool for this.
Trust Your Intuition: Trust your gut feelings about what insights to act upon. Your intuition is a powerful guide.
Stay Open-Minded: While not everything may resonate immediately, stay open to revisiting insights later. Sometimes, understanding deepens over time.
Seek Balance: Balance the new information with your existing beliefs and practices. Integration is about harmonising new insights with your current understanding.
