These Terms & Conditions cover our service and set out the legal rules on which you purchase our services. Intellectual property remains a focus here.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

- Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.

- Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Zac Carpenter, Healing With Zac and Bodyworks and Healing (defunct brand name) and all relevant social media channels created as an individual or business.

- Cookies are small files placed on your device by a website, containing details of your browsing history on that site.

- Country refers to the United Kingdom.

- Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.

- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

- Service refers to the Website.

- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on our behalf, including third-party companies or individuals who help us operate or analyze the Service.

- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, generated by your use of the Service or from its infrastructure (for example, the duration of a page visit).

- Website refers to Healing With Zac, accessible from healingwithzac.com, zaccarpenter.com, bodyworksandhealing.com and any other domain name tied to the site.

- You means the individual, client, patient, or customer accessing or using the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such access is made.

No part of this website, publications, blog posts, social media posts on sites linked to Healing With Zac, video recordings, audio recordings, phone calls, or consultations may be referenced, reproduced, stored, or transmitted in any form without the prior written permission of Zac Carpenter, Healing With Zac.

Associations and appointments with Zac Carpenter are subject to the approval of these Terms & Conditions. You must accept these terms to continue with your association or appointments. If you do not agree, you may cancel your association or appointment immediately by emailing hello@healingwithzac.com. Continued association or attendance at an appointment with Zac Carpenter confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions provide information about us and the legal terms on which we sell our services (Services). They apply to any contract between us for the sale of Services (Contract). Read these Terms carefully before proceeding with any service.

These Terms, and any Contract between us, are only in the English language.

Your Consumer Right of Cancellation

OUR SERVICES

- You must be 18 years or over to attend a spiritual reading appointment with Zac Carpenter. Proof of age may be requested.

- You must be 16 years or over to attend a holistic treatment appointment unless accompanied by a responsible person aged 18 or over.

- All appointments require payment in advance. If your payment is not processed, your appointment cancels automatically with no exceptions or manual overrides. Process your payment when booking to secure your appointment.

- You have the right to cancel a Contract from the date you receive your appointment confirmation (the point at which the Contract forms) until 48 hours prior to your appointment.

- To cancel, email hello@healingwithzac.com or call the direct number provided by Zac Carpenter. Retain a copy of your cancellation notice; cancellation takes effect when you contact us.

- Refunds will be processed on the credit or debit card used for payment, if applicable.

- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.

- Appointments may be shortened if you are more than 20 minutes late without notice. The appointment will not be extended or refunded.

- Parking restrictions apply at the business location between 10:00am – 11:00am (Mon-Sat). By confirming your appointment, you agree to these terms. Any parking fines or vehicle damage remain your responsibility. A missed appointment due to parking issues will be charged in full.

- We have dogs on site (Luke, aka LuLu) available for cuddles outside the treatment room.

- Inform us beforehand if you have any allergies.

- By confirming your appointment, you accept these terms.

- The property has disabled access with one step into the garden and another into the healing hut. Photos are available upon request.

Shop

We appreciate your interest in our products. Some items are printed on demand. Availability may vary, and quality can change with different printing processes. Refunds are discretionary and generally accepted after 30 days unless products are recalled by manufacturers in our supply chain. We uphold your statutory rights and address supply chain issues promptly.

No Reliance on Information

The content of our readings, treatments, or published work is for general information only. It is not advice on which you should base decisions. Obtain professional advice before taking any action based on the information provided.

We make no warranties that the information is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Zac Carpenter is not responsible for any decisions or actions based on our consultations or website content.

You confirm that you are in good mental health and that any energetic work undertaken is your decision. Zac Carpenter reserves the right to cancel a reading or therapy session at any time. If you experience severe symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, or other conditions, contact professional medical or psychological services immediately.

For business readings, the information is speculative and not legal advice. You bear responsibility for how you interpret the reading.

Limitation of Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law or the law you are enforced by.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms related to the general information or published work, whether express or implied.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, related to:

- Use of, or inability to use, the general information provided.

- Reliance on any of the general information provided.

Intellectual Property Rights

We own or license all intellectual property rights in our material and any online published work. These works receive global copyright protection. All rights are reserved.

By uploading images or photographs featuring your likeness to this website, photographers or image creators confirm you own your likeness and grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the content for promoting and operating our services. You maintain control over your likeness, and such use does not infringe on third-party rights. This license applies only to content featuring your likeness uploaded to this website and does not extend to third-party uses beyond our services.

You may print one copy or download extracts of any page from our online published work for personal use, and you may share the content with others while crediting us as the source.

Do not modify any printed or digital copies or use illustrations, photographs, video, or audio sequences separately from accompanying text.

Our status as the authors of posted or printed content must always be acknowledged.

Session Communications and Content

- Every part of our session—from start to finish, including follow-up notes and all communications—is my intellectual property.

- The full session, including initial details, in-session exchanges, and post-session notes, forms my intellectual property.

- All elements of our session, from beginning to end and every message in between, belong as my intellectual property.

- My intellectual property covers every detail shared in our session, including all notes and communications.

- All content produced during our session—from initial conversation to follow-up messages—is my intellectual property.

You must not use any part of the content on our published work for commercial purposes without a license from us or our licensors. If you print, copy, or download any part of our online published work in breach of these Terms & Conditions, your right to use our site will cease immediately, and you must return or destroy any copies at our discretion.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions, their subject matter, and formation are governed by English law. You and I agree that the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

Indemnification  

You agree to hold harmless Healing With Zac, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services or from breaching these Terms & Conditions.

Dispute Resolution  

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services must first be discussed with Healing With Zac. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled by arbitration under the laws of England and Wales.

Modification and Termination  

Healing With Zac reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

Force Majeure  

Healing With Zac is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

Electronic Communications  

Using our website and services confirms your consent to receive communications from Healing With Zac electronically. All agreements, notices, and disclosures will be provided in electronic form.

Severability  

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.

Third-Party Links and Services  

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. Healing With Zac does not control their content or practices and accepts no responsibility for them. Your use of third-party links is at your own risk.

Refunds and Payment Disputes  

Any disputes regarding refunds or payments must be raised within 30 days of the transaction. We will address these issues in line with our Refund Policy.

REFUND POLICY  

Last updated: November 21st, 2024

Your satisfaction matters. As an independent business owner, Healing With Zac reserves the right to refuse refund requests at our sole discretion. Read the following policy carefully to understand the process and conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds  

- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, as determined by the tracking information provided.  

- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Damage, missing components, or signs of use may disqualify the item from a refund.  

- Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. If the item does not meet our criteria, the refund request will be denied.

Lost or Undelivered Items  

- All packages are shipped using tracked services. Refunds for lost items will only be considered after the carrier confirms that the package is undelivered or lost in transit.  

- For international orders, delays caused by customs or local postal services are beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for delays due to these external factors.

Customs Fees and Duties  

- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.  

- Refunds will not include any customs fees, taxes, or other charges paid by the buyer.

Process for Returns  

1. Contact us at hello@healingwithzac.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending any item back.  

2. You will receive a return address and instructions. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  

3. Use a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item. Healing With Zac is not liable for returns lost in transit.

Refund Timeframes  

- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.  

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items  

Refunds will not be granted for:  

- Signed editions or personalized items.  

- Quantum Card Reading Sessions.  

- Items damaged due to improper handling or return shipping.  

- Items returned after the 14-day window.  

- Digital downloads or other non-physical items.

Exchanges  

- Exchanges are considered only for defective or damaged items. You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your item.  

- To initiate an exchange, contact us at hello@healingwithzac.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the defect or damage.  

- If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the defective item. Upon receipt and inspection, a replacement will be sent, subject to stock availability.  

- If the item is no longer available, you may choose between a refund or store credit.

Additional Provisions  

- All refund and exchange decisions are at the sole discretion of Healing With Zac.  

- No refunds or exchanges will be processed unless expressly authorized in writing by Healing With Zac.  

- By purchasing from Healing With Zac, you agree to this refund policy in full.
