Returns Policy

Your satisfaction matters to me dearly. As an independent business owner, I hold the right to refuse refund requests. Please review the following policy for returns and refunds to understand the process and conditions.
Eligibility for Refunds
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery of the item. The delivery date is determined based on the tracking information provided.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. Any damage, missing components, or wear may affect eligibility for a refund.
• Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. If the item is deemed ineligible for a refund, you will be notified.
Lost or Undelivered Items
• All packages are shipped using tracked services. If an item is reported as lost, refunds will only be considered after the shipping carrier confirms the package is undelivered or lost in transit.
• For international orders, delays due to customs or local postal services are beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by these external factors.
Customs Fees and Duties
• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
• Refunds will not include any customs charges the buyer has paid.
Process for Returns
1. Contact us using the form below with your order number and the reason for the return before sending the item back.
2. You will receive a return address and instructions. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. Use a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Refund Timeframes
• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
• Refunds will not be granted for:
Signed Editions or personalised items.
Quantum Card Reading Sessions.
• Items damaged due to improper handling or return shipping.
• Items returned outside of the 14-day window.
• Digital downloads or other non-physical item.
Exchanges
• Exchanges will be considered for defective or damaged items. You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving your item.
• To initiate an exchange:
1. Contact us at zac@healingwithzac.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the defect or damage.
2. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the defective item.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of the defective item, a replacement will be sent.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is no longer available, you may choose a refund or store credit.
