REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction matters. As an independent business owner, Healing With Zac reserves the right to refuse refund requests at our sole discretion. Read the following policy carefully to understand the process and conditions.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, as determined by the tracking information provided.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Damage, missing components, or signs of use may disqualify the item from a refund.
- Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. If the item does not meet our criteria, the refund request will be denied.
Lost or Undelivered Items
- All packages are shipped using tracked services. Refunds for lost items will only be considered after the carrier confirms that the package is undelivered or lost in transit.
- For international orders, delays caused by customs or local postal services are beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for delays due to these external factors.
Customs Fees and Duties
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
- Refunds will not include any customs fees, taxes, or other charges paid by the buyer.
Process for Returns
1. Contact us at hello@healingwithzac.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending any item back.
2. You will receive a return address and instructions. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. Use a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item. Healing With Zac is not liable for returns lost in transit.
Refund Timeframes
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Signed editions or personalized items.
- Quantum Card Reading Sessions.
- Items damaged due to improper handling or return shipping.
- Items returned after the 14-day window.
- Digital downloads or other non-physical items.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are considered only for defective or damaged items. You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your item.
- To initiate an exchange, contact us at hello@healingwithzac.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the defect or damage.
- If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the defective item. Upon receipt and inspection, a replacement will be sent, subject to stock availability.
- If the item is no longer available, you may choose between a refund or store credit.
Additional Provisions
- All refund and exchange decisions are at the sole discretion of Healing With Zac.
- No refunds or exchanges will be processed unless expressly authorized in writing by Healing With Zac.
- By purchasing from Healing With Zac, you agree to this refund policy in full.
