My business is a one-man operation with occasional assistance from PA's. If you don't receive an immediate response from me, don't worry! I endeavour to reply as soon as possible when I have the time to give your message the attention it deserves.

My Inbox is checked throughout the day, but with a full day of seeing clients, you might not get a reply on the day I receive your email. I prioritise emails regarding pre-arranged sessions, especially if ‘Cancellation’ is the subject matter.

For urgent matters, you can WhatsApp me here or catch me on Instagram @healingwithzac. Don’t try and catch me on Facebook Messenger, I hate Facebook and never go on it! Don’t try TikTok either... I’ll just send you videos of Dogs behaving badly!!

Q. “Is it just in-person or can your sessions be done online?”

A. All sessions are available in person and online. Everything I offer can be utilised to their full potential online. Don’t worry, there is no extra benefit to having your session in person (apart from a browse at my crystal shop and a cup of tea made by yours truly!)

Q. What days do you work?

A. I work Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. Saturdays between 9am-11am online only! (UPDATE: I’m pretty much completely booked on Saturdays with my retainer clients. Please feel free to message me for Saturday availability, but be ready to receive a no lol!)

Q. Do you do after-hours sessions?

A. No.

Q: Do you do home visits?

A: No, I do not do home visits. On the occasion that I am in America, home visits replace coming to a clinic space. (Prices Upon Requests.)

Q: Can I have a tailored package/session?

A: Yes, this can be discussed. But, if I don’t feel aligned, it’ll be a no from me.
