The Code Of Ethics is structured to each modality and service I offer through bodyworksandhealing.com. Please read carefully and agree by return email. 

All association and appointments with Zac Carpenter are subject to the approval of these Terms and Conditions. You must accept the terms and conditions herein to continue with your association or appointments. 

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may cancel your  association or appointment immediately by emailing zac@healingwithzac.com. Continuation of any association with Zac Carpenter by any means or attendance of your appointment arranged with Zac Carpenter will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Reading is for guidance only and subject to your own interpretation.

Confidentiality:

I will not reveal what a client tells me without his/her written approval. I  will hold all written and verbal communication with a client in confidence, except in the event of a life-threatening situation. 

Age

You must be aged 18 years or over to attend a spiritual reading appointment with Zac Carpenter. Proof of age may be required. 

You must be 16 years of age or over to attend a holistic treatment appointment unless accompanied by a responsible person aged 18 years or over. 

Third Parties 

I will only do third party readings if the question relates directly to the client’s reading, and then only in areas where they interact.  

Independence

I will not let my clients become overly dependent upon my services, nor pressure them for return visits.

Timing

I will let my clients know that the future is never etched in stone and thus that they have the power to change their future! Although sometimes I may be able to give timelines it is open to free will and outside influences at the time of the reading and should not be relied on as absolute. With any reading, there should be an element of flexibility.  

Uplifting  

I will strive to make each reading a blessing for everyone involved.  I will be encouraging and try to leave my clients with a sense of renewed strength and hope. Thus, I will try to make each reading, no matter how bad it might initially appear, end on a positive, encouraging note. Life is full of ups and downs, a reading should give you clarity on the situation and help you make positive changes. 

Non-judgmental 

I will always provide readings with compassion and in a non-judgmental manner. Zac Carpenter will not and cannot accept responsibility for any decisions made or actions taken by anyone based on consultations or communications with her, or based on the information contained within the website.  

You declare you are in good mental health and any energetic cord work undertaken is based on your interpretation of this service. Please advise on any issues that help Zac establish whether her services would be beneficial to you, the client. 

Zac has the right to cancel the reading/ therapy at any time. For those who are suffering severe symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, or other ailments, please contact Professional Medical and/or Psychological Services in your area. I cannot give you financial advice or medical advice (unless you are undertaking Homeopathic treatment with me as your Homeopath) you should consult a professional for this type of information. 

If you have purchased a reading the information is purely speculative based on present events and should not be taken as legal advice. You are responsible for how you interpret the information given in the reading.
